I’m Laura, a Women's Health Dietitian & Nutritionist, and founder of Nurture for Life Nutrition. I am passionate about supporting women to build positive relationships with food using a practical no-nonsense approach to eating well.
I believe that everyone is unique, with their own needs and challenges. I take the time to listen to you, get to know you, and understand your specific needs. From here we can work together on a personalised program which is built on evidence-based nutrition advice that you can trust.
I specialise in women’s health nutrition, with a strong focus on supporting women through health conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis. I also support women with meeting their specific nutritional needs while going through different stages of life, such as optimising their fertility, pregnancy and supporting them during their menopausal health journey.

The expert nutrition and lifestyle advice and coaching I give you is backed by scientific research and with 10 years of experience as a dietitian I have helped women, just like you, achieve tangible results.

I'm here for you, each step of the way. I bring a compassionate and encouraging approach to all our sessions, to listen, encourage and support you to achieve your goals.

I'm passionate about helping you find your own unique balance by eating foods which nourish your body. I don't focus on restrictive diets. Instead I make healthy eating easy and sustainable.

Nutrition does not need to be confusing. My approach to nutrition is straightforward. I'll help you navigate fact from fiction to make practical and realistic changes to your nutrition.

The way you eat, move, think and sleep affects your body. My goal is to teach you how your body and mind work so that you feel confident and empowered to maintain healthy lifestyle habits to feel your best.
