I’m Laura, a Registered Dietitian, and founder of Nurture for Life Nutrition, an online dietetic practice specialising in endometriosis, PCOS and fertility.

 

Over the past 15 years I have helped hundreds of women, like you, to optimise their health through personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

 

Whether it's managing your endometriosis symptoms, alleviating your PCOS symptoms, optimising your fertility, or all three, I'm here to help you.

As a women's health dietitian, and having endo and IBS myself, I've been there and I know how challenging it can be to manage a chronic condition. Finding the best approach to alleviate your symptoms can be overwhelming, especially when there's so much misinformation available.

 

You might have made a few changes to your way of eating, but when these approaches don't work it can leave you feeling frustrated and defeated. Whether you've just been diagnosed or have been struggling to manage your endo or PCOS for a while, you've come to the right place. 

 

While endometriosis and PCOS share some common symptoms, including heavy periods, pelvic pain and difficulty getting pregnant, these are two very different conditions requiring a personalised treatment approach.

I believe that everyone is unique, with their own needs and challenges. I take the time to listen to you, get to know your health history, and your symptoms, and understand your specific needs. From here we can work together on a personalised program which is built on evidence-based nutrition advice that you can trust and will make you feel your best.


My goal is to support you on your journey, and help you to make sense of your symptoms so that you can regain control of your body. My passion lies in focusing on encouraging a place for all foods and using sustainable and flexible approaches. I help you to manage your endo and/or PCOS, and if you want to become pregnant, I can support you to prepare your body for pregnancy, without the need for strict, unbalanced, restrictive diets.

My approach

Wherever you are in your health journey, I will work with you to achieve your health and wellbeing goals, help answer your questions, and support you. My approach is built on six core values I believe are key to supporting successful behaviour change.

Every woman is unique. I design your nutrition and lifestyle plan specifically for you. It's tailored to your food preferences, lifestyle, cooking skills and health needs.

Evidence-based

The expert nutrition and lifestyle advice and coaching I give you is backed by scientific research and with 15 years of experience as a dietitian I have helped women, just like you, achieve tangible results.

Here for you

I'm here for you, each step of the way. I bring a compassionate and encouraging approach to all our sessions, to listen, encourage and support you to achieve your goals.

Balanced

I'm passionate about helping you find your own unique balance by eating foods which nourish your body. I don't focus on restrictive diets. Instead I make healthy eating easy and sustainable. 

Simple

Nutrition does not need to be confusing. My approach to nutrition is straightforward. I'll help you navigate fact from fiction to make practical and realistic changes to your nutrition.

Holistic

The way you eat, move, think and sleep affects your body. My goal is to teach you how your body and mind work so that you feel confident and empowered to maintain healthy lifestyle habits to feel your best.
