I’m Laura, a Registered Dietitian, and founder of Nurture for Life Nutrition, an online dietetic practice, specialising in women’s health.
For over 10 years I’ve been helping people to make improvements in their life by adopting healthier eating and lifestyle behaviours.
My goal is to support you on your journey to a healthier and happier life. I believe that everyone is unique, with their own needs and challenges. I will listen to you, understand what you want to achieve, and together we will work towards realistic goals using a personalised approach, which is built on evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
I specialise in women’s health nutrition, with a strong focus on pregnancy and fertility nutrition, as well as hormonal issues, such as dietary management of PCOS, endometriosis and thyroid conditions.

I also have extensive experience in nutrition for weight management that focuses on intuitive and mindful eating and building positive relationships with food.

The expert nutrition and lifestyle advice and coaching I give you is backed by scientific research and with 10 years of experience as a dietitian I have helped women, just like you, achieve tangible results.

I'm here for you, each step of the way. I bring a compassionate and encouraging approach to all our sessions, to listen, encourage and support you to achieve your goals.

I'm passionate about helping you find your own unique balance by eating foods which nourish your body. I don't focus on restrictive diets. Instead I make healthy eating easy and sustainable.

Nutrition does not need to be confusing. My approach to nutrition is straightforward. I'll help you navigate fact from fiction to make practical and realistic changes to your nutrition.

The way you eat, move, think and sleep affects your body. My goal is to teach you how your body and mind work so that you feel confident and empowered to maintain healthy lifestyle habits to feel your best.
