Pregnancy is one of the most exciting times in a woman’s life, but there is a lot to learn and discover as you prepare for the arrival of your little one. 


Working out what you should (or should not) be eating can be confusing, especially when pregnancy brings its own health challenges which can affect your way of eating. You might be asking yourself: What kinds of foods should I be eating to meet my nutritional needs during pregnancy? What foods do I need to avoid? What vitamin and mineral supplements should I be taking? How do I optimise my nutrition to help control my morning sickness?

Your personalised pregnancy plan is designed to help you to optimise your nutrition and lifestyle throughout each stage of your pregnancy.  I will support you to make nutrition and lifestyle changes that can:

  • Manage common symptoms (cravings, nausea, vomiting, constipation and reflux).

  • Educate you about food safety during your pregnancy.

  • Maintain a healthy weight during your pregnancy.

  • Manage pregnancy complications including gestational diabetes.

  • Improve your energy levels.

  • Prescribe the correct prenatal supplements to meet your needs.

Working together

All my nutrition consultations are offered online, via Zoom or by phone, so that you can remain in the comfort of your home or office, at a time that is convenient to you. 

Step 1 - Discovery call 

Your 20 minute free Discovery Consultation gives us a chance to meet and get to know each other, for you to tell me a bit about your current health challenges, and to decide if I'm the right person to help you on your journey. 

We'll discuss:

  • Your health background and what area of your health you are most needing support with.

  • How I can help you to achieve your health & wellbeing goals.

  • What you can expect from your nutrition & lifestyle coaching experience with me.

  • Any questions you may have.

This free call is also obligation free. Following our chat it's entirely up to you to decide if you think I can help and you want to continue. 

Step 2 - Nutrition & Lifestyle consultation

Your 60-minute Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation is your first step towards reaching your health & lifestyle goals. 


During the consultation, we will take the time to build a comprehensive health profile and identify the areas we will focus on for tangible results:

  • Build your personal health profile based on your medical history, existing health conditions, medications, and symptoms.

  • Evaluate any previous biochemistry and/or blood results you’ve gathered from working with other health professionals.

  • Complete a comprehensive nutritional assessment.
  • Complete a lifestyle assessment.
  • Set your nutrition and wellbeing goals.

By becoming a member of my nutrition and lifestyle coaching program I will provide you with the right level of support when you need it: we track your progress together, optimise your plan and I'll be there for you to answer questions and guide you along the way. 

If you're looking for long-term support and guidance this program is for you. I will be there to guide and support you every step of the way: 


Each membership program is specifically designed on a deep understanding and assessment of your specific needs…and tastes! 


You will receive on-going support of a dedicated dietitian (me!) while answering all your questions, and guiding you through any bumps along your journey.
