Step 2 - Nutrition & Lifestyle consultation
Your 60-minute Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation is your first step towards reaching your health & lifestyle goals.
During the consultation, we will take the time to build a comprehensive health profile and identify the areas we will focus on for tangible results:

Evaluate any previous biochemistry and/or blood results you’ve gathered from working with other health professionals.
