When we make changes to our lifestyle, it's normal to feel discouraged when things don’t go how we want them to. We might feel like we’re so far ‘off track’ that it can be challenging to turn things around.

 

Dieting and following restrictive ‘fad diets’ can turn into a vicious cycle. You may have started to feel deprived of food, which can affect your motivation to make positive changes to your lifestyle. These hurdles can cause your weight to waver up and down and can also affect your metabolism, your confidence, and your relationship with food.

Whatever your current diet and lifestyle choices are, I can help you break free from the diet cycle by taking the time to understand your own individual needs and support you to have a happier relationship with food. My passion lies in encouraging a place for all foods and using flexible, behaviour change approaches, rather than practising restriction.

Let's optimise your health & wellbeing

Your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan is designed to help you to improve your wellbeing. I will support you to make nutrition and lifestyle changes that can:

  • Put you on the right track and help you stay focused, so you can achieve your personal health and wellbeing goals.

  • Help you to manage your blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and lipid levels.

  • Help you tune into your own body, to improve your relationship with food and how you feel about your body.

  • Support you with mindful eating techniques.

  • Improve your energy levels.

Working together

All my nutrition consultations are offered online, via Zoom or by phone, so that you can remain in the comfort of your home or office, at a time that is convenient to you. 

Step 1 - Discovery call 

Your 20 minute free Discovery Consultation gives us a chance to meet and get to know each other, for you to tell me a bit about your current health challenges, and to decide if I'm the right person to help you on your journey. 

We'll discuss:

  • Your health background and what area of your health you are most needing support with

  • How I can help you to achieve your health & wellbeing goals

  • What you can expect from your nutrition & lifestyle coaching experience with me

  • Any questions you may have 

This free call is also obligation free. Following our chat it's entirely up to you to decide if you think I can help and you want to continue. 

Step 2 - Nutrition & Lifestyle consultation

Your 60-minute Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation is your first step towards reaching your health & lifestyle goals. 

 

During the consultation, we will take the time to build a comprehensive health profile and identify the areas we will focus on for tangible results:

  • Build your personal health profile based on your medical history, existing health conditions, medications, and symptoms.

  • Evaluate any previous biochemistry and/or blood results you’ve gathered from working with other health professionals.

  • Complete a comprehensive nutritional assessment.
  • Complete a lifestyle assessment.
  • Set your health and wellbeing goals.

I know how important it is to get the right support as you progress. By becoming a member of my nutrition and lifestyle coaching program I will provide you with the right level of support when you need it: we track your progress together, optimise your plan and I'll be there for you to answer questions and guide you along the way.
