Dieting and following restrictive ‘fad diets’ can turn into a vicious cycle. You may have started dieting in the past, lost some weight, but then got 'off track', and found it challenging to turn things around. You may have started to feel deprived of food, which can affect motivation to make positive changes to your lifestyle. These hurdles can cause your weight to waver up and down and can also affect your metabolism, your confidence, and your relationship with food.
Whatever your current diet and lifestyle choices are, I can help you break free from the diet cycle by taking the time to understand your own individual needs and lifestyle. My passion lies in encouraging a place for all foods and using flexible, behaviour change approaches, rather than practising restriction.
Whether it is managing your weight (loss, maintenance or gain), learning to control emotional eating, or improving a health condition such as prediabetes and type 2 diabetes, I will guide you to stay on the right track to achieving your health goals while you rediscover a healthier, more balanced, and happier you.

All my nutrition consultations are offered online, via Zoom or by phone, so that you can remain in the comfort of your home or office, at a time that is convenient to you.

Step 2: Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation
Your 60 minute Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation is your first step towards reaching your health & lifestyle goals.

During the consultation, we will take the time to build a comprehensive health profile and identify the areas we will focus on for tangible results:

Evaluate any previous biochemistry and/or blood results you’ve gathered from working with other health professionals

Step 3: Nurture Coaching Program
I know how important it is to get the right support as you progress. By becoming a member of my nutrition and lifestyle coaching program I will provide you with the right level of support when you need it: we track your progress together, optimise your plan and I'll be there for you to answer questions and guide you along the way.
If you're looking for long-term support and guidance this program is for you. I will be there to guide and support you every step of the way:
Fully personalised - just for you! I believe that each woman is unique, so each membership program is specifically designed on a deep understanding and assessment of your specific needs…and tastes! The program looks at all aspects of nutrition and lifestyle choices that can influence your health and wellbeing.
Supportive. I'm here for you every step of the way. You will receive on-going support of a dedicated dietitian (me!) while answering all your questions, and guiding you through any bumps along your journey.
Fully flexible. You can start whenever you feel ready, and you can access the program from wherever is convenient to you, at your own pace.
Enjoyable. Food is there to be enjoyable as well as nourishing. We should choose foods which make us happy and healthy. The recipes I provide aren't strict or boring. They're easy to prepare, well-balanced and delicious, I'm sure you'll have fun cooking them!
