Dieting and following restrictive ‘fad diets’ can turn into a vicious cycle. You may have started to feel deprived of food, which can affect your motivation to make positive changes to your lifestyle. These hurdles can cause your weight to waver up and down and can also affect your metabolism, your confidence, and your relationship with food.
Whatever your current diet and lifestyle choices are, I can help you break free from the diet cycle by taking the time to understand your own individual needs and support you to have a happier relationship with food. My passion lies in encouraging a place for all foods and using flexible, behaviour change approaches, rather than practising restriction.

Step 2 - Nutrition & Lifestyle consultation
Your 60-minute Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation is your first step towards reaching your health & lifestyle goals.
During the consultation, we will take the time to build a comprehensive health profile and identify the areas we will focus on for tangible results:
Build your personal health profile based on your medical history, existing health conditions, medications, and symptoms.
Evaluate any previous biochemistry and/or blood results you’ve gathered from working with other health professionals.
- Complete a comprehensive nutritional assessment.
- Complete a lifestyle assessment.
Set your health and wellbeing goals.

The option of a standard meal plan or a personalised week long meal plan with recipes

Step 3 - Nurture Coaching Program
I know how important it is to get the right support as you progress. By becoming a member of my nutrition and lifestyle coaching program I will provide you with the right level of support when you need it: we track your progress together, optimise your plan and I'll be there for you to answer questions and guide you along the way.
If you're looking for long-term support and guidance this program is for you. I will be there to guide and support you every step of the way:
Each membership program is specifically designed on a deep understanding and assessment of your specific needs…and tastes!
You will receive on-going support of a dedicated dietitian (me!) while answering all your questions, and guiding you through any bumps along your journey.
You can start whenever you feel ready, and access the program from wherever is convenient to you, at your own pace.
Food is there to be enjoyable as well as being nourishing.
