In this blog post I'll talk you through each step of the process, so that you know exactly what to expect before starting your health journey with me.

All my nutrition consultations are offered online so that you can remain in the comfort of your home or office, at a time that is convenient to you.
Step 1: Free 20-minute Discovery Call
Our journey will begin with your free 20 minute Discovery Consultation. This gives us a chance to meet and get to know each other, for you to tell me a bit about your current health challenges, and to decide if I'm the right person to help you on your journey.
We'll discuss:
Your health background and what area of your health you are most needing support with.
How I can help you to achieve your health & wellbeing goals.
What you can expect from your nutrition & lifestyle coaching experience with me.
Any questions you may have.
Step 2: Book your Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation and Complete Online Forms
After booking your consultation, I will send you a client questionnaire and a telemedicine consent form to complete. Both forms can be completed online and sent back to me easily. By having this information before your consultation I can learn more about your medical history, start to build your personal health profile and prepare for your consultation.
Step 3: Initial Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation
Your 60-minute Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation is where I gather more information about your health and lifestyle, which will help to create your personalised health and wellbeing goals which we discuss at the end of your consultation.
During the consultation, we will take the time to build a comprehensive health profile and identify the areas we will focus on for tangible results. I will:
Assess your medical history, existing health conditions, medications, supplements, and symptoms.
Evaluate any previous biochemistry and/or blood results you’ve gathered from working with other health professionals.
Discuss your menstrual cycle, flow, duration and pain.
Discuss your appetite, bowel habits, energy levels, exercise, stress, and sleep patterns.
Find out more about your work, life at home and your cooking/shopping arrangements.
Complete a comprehensive nutritional assessment, which includes a 24 hour dietary recall and a food frequency questionnaire.
Set your personalised health and wellbeing goals, which are unique goals chosen by you, and ones that will fit in with you, your lifestyle and any challenges you're experiencing at the moment.
Step 4: Your Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan
Following your consultation you will receive your personalised nutrition & lifestyle plan. In this plan you will find:
A detailed list of your health and wellbeing goals that we discussed during your consultation, and actions (that we discussed) to take to achieve your goals.
Either a personalised 1-day meal plan or a personalised 7-day meal plan. Both options come with recipes and an itemised grocery list.
Educational worksheets depending on your specific dietary requirements.
Recommendations on nutritional supplements, if required.
Step 5: Ongoing Support
The following weeks are essential for implementing your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, and to start seeing the positive results to your health and wellbeing. I know how important it is to get the right support as you progress. We'll be able to review and track your progress as you go. You'll also have access to:
Email support and guidance from your Dietitian (me!).
Access to your health & wellbeing app so that you can track your progress towards meeting your goals.
Access to your online journals to log and monitor your symptoms, mindful eating habits, exercise, sleep and energy levels.
You also have the option of booking a review consultation with me, or becoming a member on my Nurture Coaching Program so that you receive the right kind of support and guidance so that you can meet your sustainable health goals.
