Your 60 minute Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation is your first step towards reaching your prenatal health & lifestyle goals.

Step 3: Nurture Coaching Progran
I know how important it is to get the right support as you progress. By becoming a member of my 3 month nutrition and lifestyle coaching program I will provide you with the right level of support when you need it: we track your progress together, optimise your plan and I'll be there for you to answer questions and guide you along the way.
If you're looking for long-term support and guidance throughout your pregnancy, this program is for you. I will be there to guide and support you every step of the way:
Fully personalised - just for you! I believe that each woman is unique, so each membership program is specifically designed on a deep understanding and assessment of your specific needs…and tastes! The program looks at all aspects of nutrition and lifestyle choices that can influence your pregnancy health and your growing baby.
Supportive. I'm here for you every step of the way. You will receive on-going support of a dedicated dietitian (me!) to guide and support you, as well as answer all your questions.
Fully flexible. You can start whenever you feel ready, and you can access the program from wherever is convenient to you, at your own pace.
Enjoyable. As well as providing important nutrients for you and your baby, food is there to be enjoyed. We should choose foods which make us happy and healthy. The recipes I provide aren't strict or boring. They're easy to prepare, well-balanced and delicious, I'm sure you'll have fun cooking them!
