Symptoms of PCOS can include: irregular or no periods, oily skin or acne, having more facial or body hair than is usual for you, loss of hair on your head, weight gain, and difficulty getting pregnant.

 

Not all women with PCOS have all of these symptoms, and the intensity of symptoms can vary depending on the type and degree of hormonal imbalances present.

Step 1 - Discovery call 

Your 20-minute free virtual Discovery Consultation gives us a chance to meet and get to know each other, for you to tell me a bit about your current health challenges, and to decide if I'm the right person to help you on your journey. 

We'll discuss:

  • How I can help you to achieve your health & wellbeing goals

  • What you can expect from your nutrition & lifestyle coaching experience with me

  • Any questions you may have 

This free call is also obligation free. Following our chat it's entirely up to you to decide if you think I can help and you want to continue. 

Step 2 - Nutrition & Lifestyle consultation

Your 60-minute Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation is your first step towards reaching your health & lifestyle goals. 

 

During the consultation, we will take the time to build a comprehensive health profile and identify the areas we will focus on for tangible results:

  • Build your personal health profile based on your medical history, existing health conditions, medications, and symptoms.

  • Evaluate any previous biochemistry and/or blood results you’ve gathered from working with other health professionals.

  • Complete a comprehensive nutritional assessment.
  • Complete a lifestyle assessment.
  • Set your health and wellbeing goals.
