If you have endometriosis, diet and nutrition are critical in managing symptoms and improving your overall wellbeing. 

Your personalised nutrition & lifestyle therapy plan can help you to:

All my nutrition consultations are offered online so that you can remain in the comfort of your home or office, at a time that is convenient to you. 

Step 1 - Discovery call 

Your 20-minute free virtual Discovery Consultation gives us a chance to meet and get to know each other, for you to tell me a bit about your current health challenges, and to decide if I'm the right person to help you on your journey. 

We'll discuss:

  • Your health background and what area of your health you are most needing support with.

  • How I can help you to achieve your health & wellbeing goals.

  • What you can expect from your nutrition & lifestyle coaching experience with me.

  • Any questions you may have.

This free call is also obligation free. Following our chat it's entirely up to you to decide if you think I can help and you want to continue. 

Step 2 - Nutrition & Lifestyle consultation

Your 60-minute Nutrition and Lifestyle Consultation is your first step towards reaching your health & lifestyle goals. 

 

During the consultation, we will take the time to build a comprehensive health profile and identify the areas we will focus on for tangible results:

  • Build your personal health profile based on your medical history, existing health conditions, medications, and symptoms.

  • Evaluate any previous biochemistry and/or blood results you’ve gathered from working with other health professionals.

  • Complete a comprehensive nutritional assessment.
  • Complete a lifestyle assessment.
  • Set your health and wellbeing goals.

  • Option 2: 1 x 60-minute Initial Consultation with a 7-Day Meal Plan: £120

Step 3 - Nurture Coaching Program

I know how important it is to get the right support as you progress. By becoming a member of my Nurture Coaching Program I will provide you with the right level of support when you need it: we track your progress together, optimise your plan and I'll be there for you to answer questions and guide you along the way.
